Took a rubbing off the cast lid and cut out a paper template to compare to the lower intake and the fit looked good. I can use it as a template for when I cut the sealing gasket. Then completed the machining…. Then for the test fit on the intake lower. All the hole positions looked pretty good. Ironically, the worst were probably the two interior bosses which should have had the least shrink and been the easiest to hit. I must have measured wrong or transposed the dimensions between the two during layout……still not too bad. This one’s a wrap. Best, Kelly
