How do I make uploaded photos viewable to members only?

    I think i can set that up, but it would effect everyone's and not just yours.. Ill look into it....

    Good one. Photos should ONLY be visible to members only. That actually saves bandwidth for the forum. PLUS, if someone is really serious and not just tire kicking, they will take the time to register.

    the damn permissions on this software are a pita!! Going to have to put in a ticket to resolve this issue. I have it set up right now, but can still see the attachments?? something is a miss

    ok, so unregistered members can only see thumbnails..... But I should be able to hide them as well im thinking....

    Not sure but doesn't the software have a quarry?

    Yes but it is in English.....l:confused::confused:
    I disabled view attachments, but the thumbnails still show..... I dont see how to disable that yet..... These permissions has been my only gripe with the software. You can allow in other areas and over ride a disallow with out knowing it.
    On a bright note, it condenses the material extremely well to save disk space and blocks the hell out of spam bots and spammers...

    I notice when I look who's online that there are x-members, y-guests and typically indicates 4-9 robots!

    Those robots are good robots, they search the forum and add what they find to search databases so when people "google" something that pertains to our site they can find it.

    Just checked before logging in and thumbs visible. Only asked as it was an option over there. Thanks for putting in the effort to make it happen!

    Ill be looking into it further later today. I should (i would think) be able to hide the thumbnails as well...

    Hey David.. Whats the max size for a file attachment? I got denied trying to upload a 1 meg pdf doc.
