Lionel Furnace Build

Thanks, Waiting on the crucible at this point. Next up I will be spraying it with some bbq spay paint and building my lifting tongs/pouring shank. I am also working on a set of 3d printed flask patterns. Will probably start a separate pattern thread for those once I am further along.

 

Small Update; I finally received my 1,200 degree heat resistant paint and Morgan A12 salamander crucible. Between the postal delays and life it has taken longer to get to this point then I would have liked. However progress is progress. Some aluminum is on order from Art and tongs / shank are to be built next. Now what we all like to see Pictures.
