Wow, that is a dino-house. I have fossils that are not that old. :)

    Its looking good.

  2. The good thing about Styrofoam for insulation is after a fire cleanup is easier.

Another wall fund. This one is a bit of a rare date. Wish the liberty was in better condition. 20180607_195415.jpg

Wow, what's the deal with that? Think they put them in there on purpose just for you to find 130-some years later?

My place was built in 1903; you're making me rethink about ripping out the lath and plaster to try and insulate the place better... Only thing stopping me before now is not wanting to tear out the original wooden wainscoting and the nice baseboards etc.

Be warned. Starting work in an old home can quickly turn into a huge project... 20180607_122034.jpg 20180607_184329.jpg

  10. Don't you leave a penny for luck in the foundations when a house is built?.

Damn and I sold all my darkroom equipment about 10years ago. find a photo buff, have them wash that negative and print it. Today it takes an expensive camera to get a negative that big.

Yes... little girls are very creepy to me.

Making progress. Nice to see things going back together.
All the cabinet's showed up today, as soon as the sheet rock gets finished up they can go in.
Then its counter top time. Picked out a pretty cool granite... 20180613_160340.jpg 20180614_151129.jpg 20180615_162525.jpg 20180605_130607.jpg
