Thoughts on using high temp glue to secure ceramic wool to furnace lid.

Hello everyone, just curious if anybody has had experience using a product similar to this:

to secure ceramic wool to the lid of a furnace. Currently attaching the ceramic lining to mine, and considering
some different fastening options, just curious if this would work.
