It's been a while but I am making progress on these window frames so I thought I better thank you all for your advice. I haven't been working continuously since I first asked about this project. A smashed and broken finger from dropping a section of the lead keel on my hand slowed me down. And then I worked on other parts of the boat. I bought some real silicon bronze and that helped with the casting. I ended up gating it in a tee. Here is an updated picture of the boat Todd
