Yes, the lights are in the base. Mostly under the central + shaped window shining upward between the columns, and also some just inside the lower perimeter of the base to shed light out from beneath it on the ground to give the floating effect. There are also spotlights on the ground aimed up at it from a few feet away. But I'm not sure if it's battery powered or what. Guessing it can be plugged in. It's called "Geological Survey #3". Jeff
The gallery put up some new pics showing it at night all lit up! https://oenogallery.com/artists/david-perrett/art/geological-survey-no3 Ooh they have a night time video too! I'll be going there to their annual sculpture garden celebration this Saturday to check it out in person and meet some of the people there, but the event ends at 6pm, too early to see it lit up at night. Jeff
Small update. Next Saturday (October 11) they're having an after dark event at the gallery where the boulder can finally be seen at its best, all lit up: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DPMKUNYih1c/?igsh=MTVqeG5kczNtejJkaQ== There's a brief shot of it around 15 seconds into the video. Other lit-up sculptures and entertainment will be there too. If I can get away, I'll pop down for a look and get some pictures. But I have a lot going on at home these days so not sure if it'll happen. Reminds me I still have to pay my photo radar ticket from the last trip down there... While I'm here, there's a better YouTube video now than the one in the last post, well better for phone screen users anyhow: https://youtube.com/shorts/iJs-g9oQJJk?si=5fl5pyinOzXd70tF Jeff
