How to feed these parts?

I need to cast this motor mount for our FIRST Robotics team CNC router. How should I orient this part in the sand? How to feed it? I have white styrofoam for the sprue. Only need one good part, fast cutting on my cnc so I made 3 in case I get a failure.

Gary, since you have three, my first attempt would be with a flared sprue into the base at about 30* with the flanges looking up so you do not get a pocket. Coat it for sure and pour hot with a soup can Kush head. Good Luck.
Look back at some of Kelly's sprues for thin section castings.

I have a refractory pouring cup like Kelly uses and the white expanded bead foam for the sprue. I couldn’t decide if it was better to pour in the thick base or tie the thin ends together and pour in that end.

Gate into the motor mount base with the part positioned at an angle in the flask, with the boxed shape opened toward the top of the flask.

    Best,
    Kelly
