Progress is slow, but looking good. I should have my wife's craft room finished tomorrow, working on installing floor (about 3/4 of the way finished) then just have to finish the trim. I also finished the sheetrock joints in the bathroom upstairs and ready to paint , then onto tiling the floor and installing the toilet and sink.... Contractors about 1/3 of the way done on the siding and its looking good for a 167 year old house...

Very nice. That’s quite a project to take on. It’s got to be pretty satisfying to have come this far. I just noticed your bilco door. I’ve always wanted one but never had one. I’ve had many nasty adventures on basement stairways! Pete
