First off I need a Tin base RTV Silicone. I'm making molds from resin models that don't work with platinum base silicones (I'd rather not seal the model in order to use platinum base silicones). When making a mold out of my models I have used Castaldo's LiquiFast Ice but supplies are an issue. I loved how it was opaque and that I could use the mold after four hours. I just started using SilPak and love the fact they are a US company and right here in California. The one thing I'm not a fan of is waiting 15 hours for the curing process to complete. What are you all using to make your wax injection molds? I searched the forum but didn't find anything (user error I'm sure).
