Lot's of Bronze work here among all the dead zebras, and camo gear. Here is a few shots from Fritz's booth. Everything is forsale, so if ya see something ya want, just ask. I'll post more photos tomorrow. Will probably shoot some video too for you guys. J
Yeah the kid is good. They farm all the foundry work out. In time, we will get him pouring his own stuff. I'll get some more photos.
What impresses me is the patina work. It is outstanding! Very well done. Would like to get hold of his recipes. Patina-ing is a black art. Sorcery.
Impressive sculpting thats for sure! Honestly he is probably better off farming out the castings, learning to cast his own items will have a very strong impact on his sculpting time...
There is some truth to that. He is finding that some of his patina artists suck. So I'm glad to see him taking the risk and making his own changes and learning from the experience. Over coming the initial fear of screwing something up and working through it is good for anyone. When I first started welding on my stuff, I was pretty spooked. Not anymore!
After 2 days... I'm done with dead animals. Lots of taxidermy work there along with the bronze artists. I did shoot some video and will piece something together soon.
