I just realized I have not taken the chance to stop in and post a introduction. My apologies. Hello, I am located in WA state. Spokane being the nearest large town. I have an interest in casting aluminum primary for my automation and automotive endeavors. Having gone through the time and expense to have others cast odds and ends for me in the past I figured what time like the present to learn a new skill and acquire another hobby with metal casting. My experience is largely cnc, having designed and built a few different hobby level cnc machines and controllers currently on the market. Some of my older work is posted on my webpage "Link" most of my work for others has been posted to their dedicated propriety forums. Well enough rambling, Happy to have found such a great source of information on casting and look forward to my stay.
