6.5 inch largest measurement... anything that will make a good pattern for sand cast... poplar mahogany... most any plastic if yah wanna go that way
Big is easy...what level of detail? (I'd offer to give it a shot....but my router is in the middle of a 100mile over haul. not sure when all the parts will get here. might be over a month till it's back up) CBB
