Fishbonz mentioned lost foam rammers in the flask hardware thread. This is how I made mine. I posted up in AA and its gone! It is a good first lost foam project. I believe it can be done without the lathe. Three pieces glued together with white glue, coated with taping mud and then buried in the sand with the wedge down and a pouring basin feeding the peen end. The little tit on the wedge end is there so I could clean it up between centers on the lathe and then grind off.
