I've upgraded my 8"x8" flask. The drag is 2" deep and max cope height is 13". Complete flask set is shown clamped to prevent cope float. From left to right, the flask set consists of a bottom board, drag, alignment frame, 6" deep cope, alignment frame, 3 1/2" deep cope/cheek, alignment frame, 3 1/2" deep cope/cheek. The piece in the front is the match plate and in the back-left are the match plate inserts. The pieces can be flipped top to bottom but, because I failed to get them square, they have rotational alignment marks.
