LOL, there is a market for such things. I saw an advertisement somewhere for retrofit flame throwers that could be installed in a car, with nozzles at the center of each door. It was an especially popular add-on accessory in South America, where things can get very rough while driving through the city (much like where I live now days).
I started building one for my son about 10 years ago. Something for the high school band halftime show. Then the principal just said NO! I guess he thought there could be some kind of mishap.
