    I think I've lost my MOJO. :(

And to think I've only went through 1-1/2 bottles of argon since I first started welding.

They look good.... But you gotta give some credit to that first class welding machine. The arc on that HTP is smooth as silk. When ya learn a new skill without fighting equipment, ya spend more time perfecting your skill and less time dickin with BS.

I would have welded from the underside of those moulds to avoid the ingot grabbing but I'm probably being pedantic, nice looking welds.

Regarding the equipment, my father was a pipe/tank welder in petro-chems industry (big stuff) he did a test for a new job and they gave him a shit box of arc rods (damp old crap) He finished the test, threw down the gear and was about to walk when the gaffer stopped him. He said 'where are you going? If you can weld with those rods you're in'

The angle ends for the ingot tray isn't cut at a 90.
They're tapered outward at the top.

Your ingots will still pop out. that's what shrink is for. lol
Mine fall right out even with that gap on the right side. When you cut everything with an angle grinder.... oh well...
