I was wondering what alloy Lodge uses on skillets. Thinking of casting a pan and would like to use the correct material. Thanks, Tom
Interesting question. How much would a variation in alloy be expected to affect working performance in a piece of cast iron cookware? I am thinking of thermal conductivity, ease of cleaning, resistance to cracking. Other factors? Denis Denis
