A little project that was requested by a friend of mine. These are made of my homebrew 953 aluminum bronze alloy, cast in petrobond using a 3D printed 2-part pattern of my own design. Riser and gates removed via bandsaw, and finishing stages included work with a belt sander, orbital sander, rotary polishing bits, and a some time on the buffing wheel. Evened up the finger holes using a 1 inch step bit on my drill press. Had a great time making these, despite burning up a flask or two.
