Don't get discouraged when starting casting. This was my 2sd try, one on the left. I was going to remelt it then decided to keep it to remind me of what I did wrong. Recently I found it covered in dust on my bench, thought I'll use it for a pattern then chunk it. Then decided to clean it up and do some finish work on it, glad I did. Anyway the one on the right is from the re-cast using a different alloy. Now the 1st is one of my favorites. So don't get discouraged, remember beauty isn't dependent on perfection. And I'm still learning ,,,,,,
