Thanks for bumping this. I tried to order. The page says the offer is valid in US and Canada, but the required State/province field only has states to choose from. Used the site's contact link to send a message and see if someone there can hook me up or at least fix the online form. Jeff

Just heard back, my book is on the way! Big shout out to Sandra at the company, for helping sort out the mix-up quickly. Apparently they'd changed the shipping boundaries without telling her. Hopefully they'll fix the web page soon but if any other Canadians run into trouble, the contact link on the site worked for me. Edit - I just checked. The page no longer says "& Canada". A fix, but not the fix I hoped for. Good on them for honouring what it actually said at first though in my case. Jeff
I was impressed with How fast they got the book out. I figured it would show up in July or September, Nope less than a week after I filled out the form.
