Is this induction furnace eligible for the amateur ?

I stumbled upon this site with a desktop induction furnace of 2800W running on 230V AC (i.e. no 3 phase required):
    https://inductiontech.com/products/induction-melting-furnaces/tabletop-induction-melting-furnaces/
It allows melting up to 1-2kg of stainless steel as its maximum temperature can be 2000 C, well above SS temperature. Unfortunately, no prices are mentioned, but I expect several grand.
Does anybody have seen other interesting induction furnaces, other than the cheap ones from shady Chinese Amazon / Aliexpress sellers for which one has to provide 12-48V the power supply ?

I think you have your decimal in the wrong place, and they are bull$hitting you, the power source they show is not the one that is supposed to power their referenced furnace 2.8 KW Vs 15KW, read a lot more of their literature, and read carefully its very misleading

let me give you some real world I use one of these at the Machine shop for debrazing

it is a 15 KW Induction heater, and it does not brag as much as your referenced Machine, it will melt small amounts of Non-Ferrous with the proper coil and crucible ( a very Laboratory type setup, but it would definitely melt Brass say 1-2 Kilo) we use it for debrazing so we get small pieces( tungsten cutters) up to 1500F in 15-30 seconds depending on the size of the cutter

remember Induction is Not Just about Power, Coil Design, Shape and Cooling Capability are critical to the Machines Function, It will Take a LOT of cooling water to keep an induction coil from failing trying to get SS up to pouring temperature (3200F) I think, been along time.
