While I understand OT stuff can eat up valuable real estate on the forums storage, Having one for the supporting members would be a great way to just chew the fat. Might I suggest a yearly FLUSH of an OT section? Perhaps a sticky, warning of the annual impending flush? I had a not so funny thing happen to me today, but not sure where to stick it? Nah.. The electrician wired my service disconnect box as a dead short. When I flipped the breaker, you should have seen the fireworks behind this panel! Now I have to wait for him to return tomorrow before turning this thing on. Luckily, my new 4ton compressor didn't get hit by dumb luck. Usually I throw the breaker and then shove in the disconnect. Fortunately I didn't this time or I would have been hanging on to the dead short.
Can't fix STUPID. Is this the same company employee that claims to be a welder? Maybe his brother or cousin? Sounds like to many family reunions around those parts. Glad to hear you didn't get fried, or the unit for that matter.
